The Southern Nevada Black Educators Initiative (SNBEI) is an educator-led, action-oriented network that is determined to reduce Clark County's racial educational attainment gaps by focusing on the recruitment and retention of Black in-service and pre-service teachers. Our organization is committed to empowering Black educators and aspiring teachers through a multifaceted approach that encompasses legislation, meaningful professional development, social networking, and critical mentorship.
