ABV Meet & Greet
The Amplifying Black Voices Critical Mentorship Program (ABV) is a partnership between UNLV's College of Education and the Southern Nevada Black Educators Initiative created to support and retain the college's Black students while offering a safe, affirming, and free space for them to thrive throughout their journeys to becoming future Black leaders in Nevada's education system.
Join us at this Meet & Greet as we kick off this year's program where students can learn more about the mentorship program, meet ABV mentors, and engage in an intimate and dynamic dialogue centered around the Black teaching experience. Light refreshments will be served.

Not in Our State, MFL- Coalition Meeting
The actions and beliefs of Moms for Liberty run counter to the interests of public health, social justice, and equality. We need to support policies and initiatives that amplify and protect marginalized voices and promote positive change instead. Together, we can!. Join our coalition and fight to keep Moms for Liberty from pushing the education policies they have pushed in other states. Let's send them a message that hate is not welcome in Nevada! Our collective work is about peace, equity, justice, and an equal education for all of Southern Nevada's students! Click https://tinyurl.com/37897p98 to RSVP.
